Should alcohol and tobacco be availiable for use, regardless of age?

Or should we have age limits for using them?

In my opinion, they should not even permit to use those

they should permit them to people regardless of their age.
because in the u.s.history, the government once banned
alcohol, and it created a mess problem. what happens is when these things
are illegal, people who needed them (addicted to) can't just cut off on
taking them, which means they'll have to get them through and illegal way.
this will only benefit the black markets and maybe put people out of job because they
can't afford to pay the high price or illegal tabacco or alcohol.

In my opinion, alcohol and tobacco should only be available for particular limit of age for social health sake. Sincerely speaking, the use of tobacco should be completely banned because it not only negatively effects the users' health but also the health of those who inhale the smoke.

Alcohol is not really bad for our health, small quantity of alcohol is good, it is bad when you consume too much of it.
However, tobacco has no benefits. It is bad for both the smoker and the people around the smoker.

Regardless of age, that means even a little kid can have these if they want to. They are not matured enough so they don't know what's good or bad for their health. If they like it, they will constantly do it. And the person who had alcohol and tobacco since they were young, it might lead the child to the risk of death soon.

I think the alcohol and tobacco should not be available for use, regardless of age because these two things are very harm and dangerous to the teenagers’ health. Later, when they grow up and are matured, the they probably recognize these two things are the worst things in their life so they shouldn’t do it. The alcohol and tobacco could take a person’s life someday.

Alcohol and tobacco should not be available to young people. For adults, they are able to control themselves, but it is more likely that teenagers or young people are not able to control themselves. Drinking alcohol, and smoking tobacco can cause disturbance at schools and also public places. Also, starting alcohol and tobacco early in the life can be harmful to their body organs. When people are old enough and they have better immune systems, alcohol and tobacco should be allowed.

I agree to yukikaori opinion, there are a lot of people who are addicted to them. No matter how bad they can damage health, people still addicted to them. My dad knows better than anybody else how bad tobacco and alcohol affect his health, but due to regular stress from work and business social issues, he still uses them a lot.

And same on yukikaori idea, if tobacco and alcohol are banned, the ones who get the most profit are the black markets and smugglers. It's their job to bring to people illegal products. Thus, the government will have to deal with many more problems from smuggling and black markets dealing.

About the age issues, teenagers are allowed to use tobacco and alcohol, as long as they don't cause trouble. Tobacco and alcohol rotten the new generation, but whose fault is that? The education, the parents are to blame. They should have controlled their children before their children uses tobacco and alcohol. When they found out about the truth, they usually do nothing but scold or ground their children. But that just cause more stress to teenagers and make them use tobacco and alcohol even more. If they don't want their children to use tobacco or/and alcohol, they shouldn't use those products themselves. Age limit is a good thing to do, but that just makes teenagers do more illegal things when they want/need tobacco or/and alcohol, such as making fake ID.

It must be banned. Need not to discuss, people know that they bring very bad health problems and ruin virtues of human. Scientists still not find out any strong benefits to fight back the idea they are bad. Red and white wine are good and they can cure some health problems. Anyway, that should not be available for little children

Definitely not. Though it is fine for adults to drink a bit of alcohol in the meal and for celebrations, large amount of alcohol can still lead to unwanted consequences. When you drink a lot and feel unconscious, you are certainly in a dangerous situation. For tobacco, which has no benefits in using it, should be prohibited. Not only that it causes health damages directly to the person who smokes, but also the people around who unfortunately take in some of the smoke in the air. And regardless of age? You must be kidding me. This is more than "definitely not". Adults with perfect health and full-grown body can still easily get effected by alcohol and tobacco. That is why, of course, children would be at higher risk if they take these things. Tobacco must nor be available to any age. As for alcohol, only adults and only a small amount of it.

Tobacco and alcohol should not be legal to use regardless of age. These are not good for our health. And when we are young, our thoughts are immature and we don't really know what we are doing. So these should be used in a age when we can decide wheather these are okay for our health.

And these are usually banned for teenager age under 20. I think they banned because somehow they have good reason.

As time passes, the number of young teenagers doing drugs and tobacco increased. Sometimes, although their parents know this serious problem, they have hard time controlling and just abandon their sons or daughters doing so. Thus, tobacco and alcohol should be illegal to use of regardless of age for two reasons.

Firstly, since young students' immune system is weaker than adults', if they get cancer or other sickness through drugs and tobacco, they will have hard time sustine and receive care. They might even not live longer and pass their sickness to their next generations.

Secondly, if students are addicted to drugs and tobacco, they would not concentrate on studying. They would imagine something very vague and feel boarsome of studying. They need something rapid, not sustaining. Hence, their grade would go down and will lose interest of study.

Young teenagers should concentrate on what they can do for their appropriate age. They should know doing something bad early is not good and would harm their future.
